Stalled Portfolio Revenue

Stalled customer revenue is sales lost when existing customers reduce, delay, or stop purchases without the company responding.

Definition

Revenue that existing customers stopped generating because they buy less, buy at longer intervals or stopped buying without anyone noticing. It is a post-sale problem: the account and its history exist, but no routine reads the signals and acts before the customer moves to a competitor.
