Purchase Frequency
Purchase frequency is the usual interval between an individual customer’s valid orders, used to spot departures from their normal pace.
Definition
The usual interval between valid orders from the same customer, calculated account by account. It works as a yardstick to tell when an order is late against that customer rhythm, not against an overall portfolio average.
