AI Trap
AI Trap is the mistake of treating a predictable AI response as an original idea when a competitor could receive much the same answer.
Definition
Individual AI pitfall: the moment you realize your 'brilliant idea' came from the model. Seems original but is the statistically safe response your competitor would receive too. At team scale becomes Synthetic Herding; at market scale, Artificial Convergence.
